鸡胸西洋菜汤Watercress Soup (Chicken Chest)



  
材料:
一条红萝卜
7粒-10粒红枣
2粒-3粒蜜枣
鱿鱼干适量
半个鸡胸肉
200-250gm西洋菜
2liter 水 
盐(要喝才加)

用具: 
免火再煮锅

Ingredient:
Carrot
7-10pcs Red Date
2-3pcs Glaced date
Dried squid
Half whole Chicken Chest (Chopped)
200-300gm Watercress  

2liter Water
Salt (Put when want to serve)

Appliances: 
Stainless Steel for Energy Saving Pot

步骤:
1)洗干净鸡胸肉及其他材料。
2)鸡胸肉及红萝卜切块。
3)所有材料放进锅。
4)以免火再煮锅煲上大火煮滚20分钟,放进煲架再煮上1个半小时。 

Step:
1) Wash chicken chest and other ingredient.
2) Chopped chicken chest and carrot.
3)Place all ingredient to a pot.
4)Using stainless steel for energy saving pot, heat until boiling around 20minutes and put on pot tray cook for another one and half hour.
