老黄瓜Chinese Old Cucumber Soup 
  
 材料:
一条老黄瓜
一条红萝卜
7-10粒红枣
2-3粒蜜枣
干贝适量
干鱼鳔适量
猪骨300gm
2liter
盐(要喝才加)

用具:
免火再煮锅

Ingredient
Carrot
Old cucumber (Malay English)
7-10pcs Red Date
2-3pcs Glaced date
Dried scallop
Dried fish maw
300gm Pork Rib
2liter Water
Salt Put when want to serve)

Stainless Steel for Energy Saving Pot

步骤:
1)洗干净猪骨及其他材料。
2)猪骨,老黄瓜及红萝卜切块。
3)所有材料放进锅。
4)以免火再煮锅煲上大火煮滚20分钟,放进煲架再煮上1个半小时。

Step:
1) Wash pork rib and other ingredient.
2) Chopped pork rib, old cucumber and carrot.
