九层塔煎蛋 Basil Egg (Pan-Fied)
九层塔(紫色比较香)
Basil Leaf  
 正煎着的九层塔,很遗憾没拍到煮好了的菜肴
Still pan flying basil leaf, i not shoot for the final dish
材料:
鸡蛋 2个
九层塔
白胡椒粉
蒜末
酱青/盐

做法:
1) 九层塔洗干净
2) 鸡蛋打开,加入酱青拌均
3) 起火下油,放入蒜瓣,爆香九层塔下锅炒两下
4) 放入鸡蛋,翻炒两分钟,起锅


Ingredients:
2 eggs
Basil leaf (refer picture-purple)
White pepper
Garlic
Soya sauce/salt

Step:
1) Wash basil leaf around 100 g.
2) Mix well egg with soy sauce/salt (as seasoning) and white pepper
3) Reheat wok, add oil and fragance the garlic.
4) Add basil for few seconds, and add eggs stir fry for two minutes.
