参巴炒虾(Sambal Prawn/ Chili Prawn)


材料:
虾 300gm
万能即煮辣椒酱 (3汤匙)
水(3汤匙)
蒜米

步骤:
1)把虾洗干净。
2)爆香蒜米,倒入虾。
3)6分熟时注入水,咖喱叶及万能即煮辣椒酱。
4)一分钟后盛起。

万能即煮辣椒酱/Chili Mix
Ingredients:
Shrimp/prawn 300gm
chili sauce-universal ready to cook paste (3 tablespoons)
Water (3 tablespoons)
Garlic

Step:
1) Wash the shrimp/prawn.
2) Fragrant garlic, pour the shrimp into wok.
3) Injected water when 60% cooked with adding curry leaves and chili sauce.
4) Cook another minute, dish up.
