花生根排骨汤/Peanut Root Pork Ribs Soup

跟怪兽第一次去巴刹 ,
既然买了这个花生根,
考到我。。。这个我从来不买,
因为很耗时去洗,
洗超过20轮,泥土很多,
整个人都散完,巴刹的菜很新鲜,可是不见得便宜。


这个煲过火了吧,肉的颜色好深哟
材料:
花生根(三扎/300gm)
一条红萝卜
一粒薯仔
7粒-10粒红枣
2粒蜜枣
猪骨300gm
一片干鱿鱼
2liter 水
盐(要喝才加)

用具:
免火再煮锅

Ingredient:
Peanut Root(300gm)
Carrot 1 pc
Potato 1pc
7-10pcs Red Date
2 pcs Glaced date
300gm Pork Rib
Dried Squid 1pc
2liter Water
Salt (Put when want to serve)

Appliances:
Stainless Steel for Energy Saving Pot

步骤:
1)洗干净猪骨及其他材料。
2)猪骨,花生根,干鱿鱼,薯仔及红萝卜切块。
3)所有材料放进锅。
4)以免火再煮锅煲上大火煮滚20分钟,放进煲架再煮上1个半小时。

Step:
1) Wash pork rib and other ingredient.
2) Chopped pork rib, peanut root, dried squid, potato and carrot.
3)Place all ingredient to a pot.
4)Using stainless steel for energy saving pot, heat until boiling around 20minutes and put on pot tray cook for another one and half hour.
