夜来香江鱼仔蛋花汤 Tuberose+Dried anchovies Egg Drop Soup

淡淡的花香, 
引起了我的回味,
这个汤,还真容易。

现在会做了,
看到还会买回来煮快熟面。
现代人很多都不懂吧~~
 材料: 
夜来香 150gm
江鱼仔  50gm
猪肉片 100gm (用盐+生粉腌)
鸡蛋 两个
鸡精块 半块
1liter 水
酱油

做法:
1)把夜来香+江鱼仔清理干净。
2)炸江鱼仔备用。
3)煲水,江鱼仔,猪肉片,鸡精块放进去,滚6-10分钟。
4) 夜来香可以放入滚1-2分钟。
5)鸡蛋打发+酱油,放入汤底, 滚1分钟就可以起桌了。
    ×可以选择煎蛋放进去更香。

Ingredient:
Tuberose 150gm
Dried Anchovies 50gm

Pork Slice 100gm(marinate with salt and corn flour)
Two eggs
Half of chicken cube(prefer Maggi)
1liter of water
Soy sauce

Step:
1) wash tuberose and dried anchovies.
2) Fried dried anchovies.
3) Boiling water, add dried anchovies, pork slices, chicken cube into it, cook about 6-10 minutes.
4) Add Tuberose and cook another 1-2 minutes.
5) Mixing up eggs with soy sauce,and add into pot.Cook for one minute, and soup is ready to serve.
   × can choose to using fried egg,more tasty and fragrant.
