材料:
紫菜一片
7-10粒红枣
2-3粒蜜枣
干鱼鳔适量
花生适量
猪排骨300gm
2liter
大头菜 
盐(要喝才加)

用具:
免火再煮锅

Ingredient
Seaweed 1pc
7-10pcs Red Date
2-3pcs Glaced date
Dried fish maw
Peanut 
300gm Pork Rib
2liter Water
Chinese Dried Turnip( For cooking soup purpose)
Salt Put when want to serve)

Appliances:
Stainless Steel for Energy Saving Pot

步骤:
1)洗干净猪骨及其他材料。
2)猪排骨切块。
3)所有材料放进锅。
4)以免火再煮锅煲上大火煮滚20分钟,放进煲架再煮上1个半小时。

Step:
1) Wash pork rib and other ingredient.
2) Chopped pork rib.
