白萝卜焖猪肉White Carrot Stew Pork
材料:
白萝卜一条(切块)
尤鱼 一片(小片)
五花肉一条(切块-1寸左右)
八角 两粒
肉桂 一点
黑酱油一小匙
酱青一大匙
胡椒分少许
 蒜米切碎-3瓣

步骤:
1)将尤鱼,五花肉+白萝卜处理干净+切块。
2) 爆香蒜米,加入尤鱼,八角,香木,五花肉炒至肉变白。
3)加入白萝卜,黑酱油,酱青,胡椒粉,注上水。水必须盖过肉+白萝卜。
4)小火焖上45分钟。

Materials:
White carrot (diced)
Dried Squid  (small pieces)
Pork (diced -cut in 1 inch )
2pcs
star aniseed
Cinnamon (1inch)
A teaspoon of dark soy sauce 

One tablespoon of soy sauce
A pinch of pepper
Garlic chopped -about 3 flap

Steps:
1) Clean dried squid, pork and white carrot.
2) Fragrant garlic, squid, star anise, cinnamon and pork stir-fry until the meat turns white.
3) Adding white carrot, black soy sauce, soy sauce, pepper. Add water, water must be cover meat + white carrot.
4) Small fire to stew for 45 minutes.
