莲藕烧猪骨汤Lotus Root Soup(Roasted Rib)

 材料:
一条莲藕
猪骨300gm
2liter
50gm花生
 
用具:
免火再煮锅

步骤:
1)洗干净猪骨及其他材料。
2)猪骨莲藕切块。
3)所有材料放进锅。
4)以免火再煮锅煲上大火煮滚20分钟,放进煲架再煮上1个半小时。
 
Ingredient

2liter Water
50gm peanut

Stainless Steel for Energy Saving Pot
 
Step:
1) Wash pork rib and other ingredient.
2) Chopped roasted pork rib and lotus root。
3Place all ingredient to a pot.
4Using stainless steel for energy saving pot heat until boiling around 20minutes and put on pot tray cook for another one and half hour.
