(1) 将（A）材料 隔水煮至溶化与均匀。
(6) 烘好后放在烘炉里待冷才拿出来脱模 。
Cheese 250gm, I used Tatura cheese
Six egg yolks
Six egg white
1/4tsp cream of tartar
(1) Melt Ingredient (A) over a double boiler.
(2) Slowly add in egg yolk (B) and stir, it will become a beautiful yellow in color.
(3) Adding ingredients(2) and mix well.
(4) Whisk egg whites with cream of tartar and sugar until foamy(C). Three times by adding egg whites to the cheese mixture to and fold well.
(5) Pour into the 9" cake pan. 160-degree steam bath method, bake for about one hour.
(6) After baking in the oven and leave to cool before stripping out. Sudden changes in temperature may cause the cake to cool too quickly and collapse.
