甜酸石斑鱼/Sweet Sour Kerapu Fish (Grouper)

材料:
一条石斑鱼
盐少许
两大汤匙糖
一大匙蕃茄酱
两粒蕃茄(一开四)
两粒蒜米
×2糖: 1蕃茄酱(绝配)

做法:
1) 把洗干净,炸微脆,要熟透。
2) 把蕃茄酱开一碗水弄蕃茄酱汁。
3) 爆香蒜米,炒下蕃茄倒入蕃茄汁,加入糖,酱青,试味。
4) 调好的汁倒入炸好的鱼就可上桌。

Ingredients:
kerapu fish (Grouper)  
Salt
Two tbsp of sugar
One tbsp of
tomato sauce
2 tomatoes (cut into 4)
Garlic

Steps:

1) Wash the fish, fried crispy and cooked.
2)
1 tbsp of tomato sauce, mixed with about 1 cup of water.
3) Saute garlic and tomato, add in
tomato sauce mixed, and sugar to taste.
4)
Turn heat to high and bring to a boil.  Season with salt.  And pour into the fried fish. served hot.

×you can add in more tomato sauce if you prefer your dish to be more sour.
