kerapu fish (Grouper)
Two tbsp of sugar
One tbsp of tomato sauce
2 tomatoes (cut into 4)
2) 1 tbsp of tomato sauce, mixed with about 1 cup of water.
3) Saute garlic and tomato, add in tomato sauce mixed, and sugar to taste.
4) Turn heat to high and bring to a boil. Season with salt. And pour into the fried fish. served hot.
×you can add in more tomato sauce if you prefer your dish to be more sour.
