清蒸石斑鱼/Steamed Fresh Kerapu Fish (Grouper)

材料:
一条新鲜的石斑鱼

调味料:
蒜末适量
姜粉适量 
胡椒粉适量 
一汤匙酱清
一汤匙蚝油 

做法:
1)把鱼洗干净备用。
2)用铁碟/能进蒸炉的玻璃碟,把部分调味料除了蒜末腌在鱼上10分钟。
3)烧热蒸锅,把鱼蒸上七分熟。
4) 拿出倒掉汁,把剩余的蒸鱼酱蚝油 倒入蒸熟就可以了。

Ingredient:
Fresh kerapu fish (Grouper)

Seasoning:
Garlic
Ginger powder
Pepper
A tbsp of soy sauce
A tbsp of Oyster Sauce

Steps:
1) Fish clean before using.
2) Using iron plate, marinate fish with part of seasoning except garlic for 10 minutes.
3) Heat the steamer, steam the fish for 70% cooked.
4) Take out and throw the sauce away, add balance of sauce and steam fish till cook.
