A1咖哩石斑鱼头/A1Curry Fish Head(Grouper)


材料:
半个新鲜的石斑鱼头(半公斤的)

A
蒜末适量
葱头适量
1粒洋葱 (切薄)
3条香茅 
  
B
3条羊角豆
1条茄子(切块) 
1粒番茄 (切块) 
半个包菜
几粒豆腐博

调味料:
咖哩粉适量 (煮鱼的)盐巴 
一包A1咖哩酱料

做法:
1)把鱼头切块洗干净备用。
2)用盐巴、咖哩粉及蜀粉把鱼头腌半个钟。
3)烧热油把鱼头煎熟, 然后备用。
4)  烧热锅, 爆香A, 然后加入B。
5) 加入一包A1咖哩酱料。
6) 然后加入炸好的鱼头 , 注入水。
7) 焖一焖6分钟就可上桌。

Half Fish Head (1/2kg)

Red Onion
1 onion ( cut thin )
3 lemongrass

B
3 okra
An eggplant ( cut )
1 tomato ( diced )
Half cabbage
tofupok

Seasoning:
Curry powder
Salt
A package A1 Curry Sauce

Steps:
1 ) Cut the fish head in small piece and clean it.
2 ) Marinate it with salt , curry powder and tapioca flour about half an hour .
3 ) Heat oil and fried fish head.
4 ) Heat wok, saute A, then add B.
5 ) Add a package A1 Curry Sauce .
6 ) Add fried fish head after, pour some water.
7 ) Stew for 6 minutes.
